Established in 1989, we are a family run business based in the heart of multi cultural Leicester. Over the years we have gained the experience, knowledge and expertise to deliver the professional service we are very proud of today. We feel strongly that as a family we take extra special care in our work and pride in what we do. All our food is made using traditional home made recipes, using only the best herbs and spices. We are proud of every food item we supply, and ensure above all that only the best ingredients are used and traditional cooking methods maintained. The origins of our Piri Piri chicken date back from Mozambique. Our ancestors passed through Beira on their travels through Southern Africa a long, long time ago and discovered the Piri Piri chicken. The recipe was refined and brought to life with a blend of eastern spices and this is the same recipe used by us.
